These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between you and Domain in connection with your use of our educational platform and services available at domain.biz. By enrolling in any session, course, or learning program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, as well as other electronic payment methods made available at the time of checkout. All payments must be completed in full before access to a purchased session or program is granted, unless a separate written agreement has been established.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the platform are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to applicable taxes where required. The final amount charged will be confirmed at checkout prior to completing your transaction.

Domain reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Billing

One-Time Payments

Certain sessions and programs are offered as single one-time purchases. You will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

Subscription and Recurring Billing

Where subscription-based access is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date, and no further charges will be applied after cancellation is confirmed.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, access to the relevant service may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. We may attempt to process the payment again within a reasonable period. Refund Policy

• Completed sessions and fully delivered programs are generally non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred for further action.

Taxes

Promotional Offers and Discounts
